Important details for your holiday at Landhaus Grüner

PRICES
Apartment prices are per day and indicated number of persons, exkclusive end-of-stay cleaning fee and exclusive of resort tax. End-of-stay cleaning fee amounts in Top 1 + Top 2 € 60.00 and in Top 3 € 70.00 per apartment.
Room prices are per person and day including extended breakfast. Exclusive of resort tax. 

FRESH ROLLS DELIVERED TO YOUR APARTMENT
For a great start to the day, you can conveniently order your bread rolls online. You will find a QR code on site that you can use to place your order in the bakery's bread shop and pay contactlessly by card. Good to know: There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays!

RESORT TAX
The resort tax of € 5.00 all year round will be charged separately per person and day.
Children and young adults under 15 years don't pay the resort tax.

SHORT STAY SUPPLEMENT
For short stays of up to 3 days we charge +10% .

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in from 3.00 pm, check-out until 9.00 am (please inform us if you arrive late).

PARKING SPACES
One free parking space is available for each of the TOP 1, TOP 2, and BIG apartments.
Two free parking spaces are available for the TOP 3 apartment. Additional parking spaces are available upon request.

PETS
Sorry, pets are not allowed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cash only.

ADVANCE PAYMENT
As soon as you receive a booking confirmation an advance payment is required.

CANCELLATION TERMS
The General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.
3 months prior to the day of arrival: free of charge
3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the total booking amount
1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the total booking amount
1 week prior to arrival: 100 % of the total booking amount

With all legal questions the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry (2006) are valid.
